* In order to request a make-up exam due to a medical report, the report must be at least 3 days old.

 

* Application should be made to the department within 3 working days from the end date of the report.

 

* It is not possible for students to take some exams on the dates on which they are excused, and to request a make-up exam for others. No exams should be taken on excused dates.
