Students of our University who will apply for lateral transfer to other higher education institutions in the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year will not be given a signed document regarding the course content due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

In addition, the students of our University who will apply for lateral transfer to other higher education institutions in the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year must have the "Document Concerning No Barriers to Horizontal Transfer" approved by the Faculty Dean's Office.
